  • We have a deep rolodex of world-class designers, technicians, tour and production managers, and service providers. All of them are unequivocally capable of delivering world-class results.

  • Actually, you’d be surprised at how cost-effective EMBRace is. We are able to negotiate extremely favorable pricing and terms with vendors, crew, and other service providers.

    We keep a sharp eye on the numbers and treat your money as if it were our own.

  • Although we wouldn’t recommend it, we’ve launched tours with as little as four days’ notice.

    Typically we like to have at least two months’ lead time. This gives us the ability to negotiate the most favorable terms for each of our clients.

  • No! No tour is too small, and we’re happy to help clients at any level; although from a cost standpoint, EMBRace makes the most sense with tours that run for at least 8 weeks.

  • Absolutely! We have suppliers worldwide and have extensive experience navigating the complex world of international touring.

    Please note, the lead-time for international tours is significantly longer than domestic touring operations.

  • For sure. One-offs are handled a bit differently but we do single-event production quite frequently.
