How It Works

Setup

Setting up a Grab & Glow system couldn’t be easier, and absolutely no production or technical experience is necessary! If you can match colors and numbers, you can be fully set up and operational in about half an hour.

You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers.

How much lead time do you need?

All of our systems are ready to go - the only time constraints are based on how quickly we can get the tracks for programming. We can usually have a 15-20 song set programmed in 3-4 days.

That being said, we’ve pulled a few rabbits out of our hat - so if you’re on a bit of a deadline, reach out - chances are, we can hit it!

What’s included in a Grab & Glow Package?

Great question! And the short answer is… a LOT!

Obviously the weekly rate includes the gear and custom programming.

But beyond that, you will receive a (laminated - this isn’t our first rodeo) detailed setup instruction sheet, and a detailed show flow document for the house LD to use. This document describes what looks / colors / patterns will work well with each song in your set.

That way, your Grab & Glow package matches the look and vibe of the house system to create one cohesive show.

How do Grab & Glow Systems work, exactly?

Grab & Glow systems have two components: carts that contain the lighting and video equipment, and the control system.

Each cart is roughly 4’ square, and the control rack is in a small pelican case.

Even the biggest systems only take 4-6’ of truck or trailer space.

Is there a minimum contract length?

No! No tour is too small, and we’re happy to help clients at any level and for any length of time.
